You have an appointment in the next few weeks and are unsure about your German level? Don't worry, the AStA is there to help.

Whether it's an appointment at the immigration office (for example, for a visa), the bank, the health insurance company, the city administration or the doctor, we will arrange student interpreters to help you. Free of charge.

Here's how it works:

  1. Register at least 1 week before your appointment via this form - even if the appointment is urgent, please contact us only via this form. We will do our best to help you in a timely manner.
  2. An interpreter will contact you.
  3. The two of you can then discuss the details.

Data protection

The data provided above will be processed exclusively for the purpose of handling your inquiry and subsequent contact. The data is stored exclusively on the servers provided by the computer center of the TU-Hamburg and can only be processed by authorized persons. The data collected in connection with your request will be deleted a maximum of 5 years after the last mail contact.
