Book learning spaces

In addition to the student study rooms in A, B and Q, there are also a limited number of seminar rooms that can be booked for study groups.

Open learning spaces

The student learning spaces in A are still accessible without booking and time limit. The learning spaces in B and Q, as well as the lecture rooms are only accessible by booking.

In addition, there is the possibility to book a learning or lecture room online for a learning group from July 15th on here. To do so, please fill out the form completely.

Bookings can be made

  • max. 14 days at a time
  • towards the end of the booking period can be extended
  • either morning (08 a.m.to 03 p.m.) or afternoon (03 p.m.to 10 p.m.)
  • Weekends are included in the bookings

If a room is not accessible despite booking, please report to the gatekeeper in building A or O.


Please understand that the secretariat does not work on weekends or at night. Therefore please send bookings from weekend or Monday morning until Friday noon. Bookings for the same day are unfortunately only conditionally possible.

Only the @tuhh.de email, others can't be taken into account.

Data protection

The data provided above will be processed exclusively for the purpose of handling your inquiry and subsequent contact. The data is stored exclusively on the servers provided by the computer center of the TU-Hamburg and can only be processed by authorized persons. The data collected in connection with your request will be deleted a maximum of 5 years after the last mail contact.

Right of revocation
